At PiPi Tea, we want you to love every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our artisanal tea blends, we only accept returns on unopened items or damaged shipments within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your tea packaging is unopened with the original vacuum seal intact, or document any damage sustained during transit with clear photographs.

Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage to the delicate tea leaves during the return journey.
